Starting a new exercise routine can be difficult and intimidating, but it’s never too late or too early to start. This program is designed for everyone—those who are just beginning and those who have trained for years. Workouts will be adapted for people of all ages and fitness levels.
I will assess your current level of fitness, evaluate your short and long term goals and develop a program designed to help you reach your goals safely and efficiently. Whether your goals are to improve your health, lose weight, perform better, maintain a healthy heart, prevent muscle deterioration, or increase your energy levels and mood, I will create the right program for you!
Regina is a Fitness and Nutrition Coach based out of Smithtown, NY. She has discovered her passion for fitness through CrossFit and for inspiring children, teens, adults, seniors, and people with disabilities to live healthy, active, fun lifestyles.

Personal training sessions are available at my private studio or at a location of your choice. All sessions are completely private, so you will have the entire space to yourself. One on one training provides many benefits, such as increased support and motivation, accountability, a personalized fitness and nutrition plan, a flexible training schedule, a better education of your fitness regimen, and a comfortable training environment.

Small group training is available at my private studio or a location of your choice. Group sessions are an affordable way to experience the benefits of a personalized workout without feeling lost in a large class. Gather a small group of family, friends, teammates or business associates for a fun, challenging experience. Groups of varying ages and fitness levels can be accommodated together in one session.
